US/Canadian Border and Coronavirus Update:
With the current situation at the border caused by the Coronavirus we are still receiving your parcels. We'll continue to notify you when you parcel arrives. We'll hold them here for as long as they need to be held, we won't be sending any parcels back or charging you extra fees. We'll send the parcels up to your residence or business in Canada if you'd like us to through the US Post office. We'd just charge the parcel fee plus the postage fee at the US Post Office. If you'd like us to do that you can either email us or call us and ask for Charlie, Evan, or Alison.

$25.00 for packages that require a forklift or the loading dock.
When a forklift is needed call or email before your coming if after 5:00pm and on weekends.

What will I need to bring my parcels back through Canadian Customs?
You will need your invoice or receipt from the seller showing the description and purchase price. Not all parcels have the receipt included in your parcel. We suggest printing out your receipt when you complete your purchase online, or when you receive order confirmation via email.
How do I know if my parcel has arrived?
You can register your name and email with us and we'll email you everytime we receive a parcel for you. You can also call us and ask if it has arrived.
